MFANC remembers Michael “Mike” Leonard (June 26, 1948 – June 1, 2026) of High Lustre Metal Finishing in Hayward.
Mike was a valued member of the metal finishing community whose contributions and dedication helped strengthen our industry over many years. Known for his professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality, he earned the respect of colleagues, customers, and peers alike.
As a representative of High Lustre Metal Finishing, Mike played an important role in advancing the standards and relationships that make our industry strong. His presence at industry events and within the MFANC community reflected a genuine dedication to both his work and the people around him.
While we mourn his passing, we also recognize the lasting impact he leaves behind through the relationships he built and the example he set for others. Mike will be remembered with respect, gratitude, and appreciation.
